About The CarLady^®

I started in the car business October of 1984 because I wanted to change the way customers looked at car salesman. Since my experiences were not great when I tried to purchase a vehicle, I decided that if this was going to be my career, I was going to have my clients feel like I wanted to feel when making a purchase. Since purchasing a car is usually the 2nd largest purchase in your lives, it should be a fun and exciting experience. I have only worked in four stores since my first job, with this last and final job with the Penske Automotive Group. I have been in the same location for more than 20 years. My goal is to be your CarLady® for life. When you think car, or any vehicle, I want you to think of me. My promise to you is that whatever your needs, once you buy a car from me, I am here to advise or suggest, and stay in your lives. I have connections to all franchises, and if it should happen that your car needs body work, I have shops I work with that will also take great care of you.

Customer service is my main concern. It is important to me that you will have the same experience after the sale as you did when we worked together. My personal standards are very high, so you as my customer will be given only the best. I always want to know when you need something, even if it is service for your car, that way I can stay involved.

Being your CarLady^® is a privilege, I have no reason to go to work unless I have you. There is never a time that I won’t be available to assist you, you just have to let me know what you need me to do.

Again, my thanks for all your loyalty and support. Because of all of you I have many new friends, and I am so grateful and blessed that you are in my life. It is like having an extended family.
